Joe is the Executive Vice President, structural engineer, and director of engineering for Cromwell Architects Engineers.  His involvement with Canvas started from his work helping Canvas purchase their current facility in 2017.  Joe has been a resident of Little Rock since 1984.  Relevant experience includes founding board member of Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County, board member Greater Arkansas Red Cross, past-president of the Structural Engineers Association of Arkansas and the Arkansas Chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
